Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING


After you have placed your order, we will contact you via email (within 24 - 48 hours) with an estimated delivery date. (Some pieces we carry inventory others are made to order.) We typically ship within 7 days from order date. This does not include weekend and holidays. Once product ships we will contact you via email with a delivery confirmation number and estimated delivery date. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for USPS first class delivery. Please note, ROCKNTHETREND cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of this via email. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please send us a message via our contact page.

In most cases, for multiple item purchases ROCK N THE TREND will only charge a flat rate of $ 4.95 in the state of CA and $6.95 out of state. We will refund any additional shipping charges on date of shipment. Please note during holiday season flat rates may vary.

In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:

  • Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order. 
  • Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day
  • USPS First Class Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


ROCKNTHETREND.COM wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 10 days from delivery to return or exchange your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn ROCKNTHETREND.COM merchandise you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box. 

REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)

You can request an RA by sending us a message via our contact page.  You will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business hours. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is shipped after the 5 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper...sorry.

All ROCKNTHETREND.COM merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice. ROCKNTHETREND.COM will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase.

When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that ROCKNTHETREND cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

If you wish to make a return or exchange to ROCKNTHETREND.COM, please follow these four easy steps:

  1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
  2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the invoice. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging. Packages must also be returned pre-paid. ROCKNTHETREND.COM will not accept COD deliveries. 

 

All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.

ROCK N THE TREND jewelry is created with plated metal chains, rings and fasteners. Any color variation or slight deficiencies are due to the handmade nature of these designs. By following these simple tips, your jeweled pieces will keep sparkling for years to come...

Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause metal to dull.

Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry. The alcohol or oil content will cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.

Never expose jewelry to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.

To clean your jewelry use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
