Handmade Butterfly Necklace - Butterflies Necklace Collection

If you're looking for a unique handmade butterfly necklace, our butterfly guitar pick necklace collection provides such a lovely accessory for any look. This piece was inspired by a trip I took to the Caribbean. The vibrant colors and prominent wildlife of these islands brought about this collection.

The most fun has been combining numerous color combinations. In the beginning, using lighter colors of abalone, white, ocean turquoise and blue and now introducing, a darker, richer color series for fall. The rich purples and reds contrasting the black picks are my favorites.

These picks are angled side by side to form the shape of butterfly wings. Again I have an opportunity to weave the pair of wings together. I do this by creating a spine which interlocks the ring and the pick. Then I take additional rings and create a connection from the bottom ring to the top ring representing the body of the handmade butterfly necklace.

Butterflies sparkle in the air; they attract the eye with their vibrant colors and patterns. In order to capture the eye, I added crystals to the body completing the look of the butterfly pendant.
This stunning necklace adds a unique layer from pretty chic to sweet grunge. It is carefree with a twist. I hope you enjoy it.
